I was very impressed with this service. However, my only complaint would be that I specifically ordered arrangement that looked like a cake. (I chose this arrangement for the novelty.) When my friend sent me a picture of it, it did not look like a cake at all. In fact it differed greatly from the picture on your website. The website picture showed a tightly arranged sample, whereby my piece was loosely arranged and contained less flowers. The recipient loved her flowers or I would have sent you a formal complaint. (I can send you a picture if you request it.) Thank-you

I ordered the flowers for 9/21 delivery to my wife at her place of work. They were not delivered. It is a big place but only has one entrance. She checked with everyone at the front office and no delivery. I emailed customer service on 9/22, they responded with the florist couldn't locate my wife, so they didn't deliver. However, they delivered later 9/22 and didn't locate my wife then either. Left them at the front desk. Obviously, they forgot to deliver on 9/21 and tried to cover themselves. Upsetting because 9/21 was a big day. I replied back to customer service that the flowers had been delivered and they responded later with 'the flowers have been delivered'. Ugh automated responses.
Overall delivery and product were fine. The shipping and handling charges seemed high when the were half the cost of the product though.

Wish there was a way to have ordering website know if I had a bonus on file. Emails come randomly with that info and don't always coincide with a reason to order.

I used your service once before and didnt get the amount of flowers I paid for. This time the flowers were deliver a day late, and the flowers were beautiful but to many flowers were packed in vase that was to small.When you pay for something you want it right.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
