I wanted to order for myself but for our zip code you have to spend $54.00 which I didn't have todo for the gift I sent. I won't spend thT much on myself. For me to order again, that requirement would need to change.

I Have ordered previously, but ordered the small arrangement, and it did not look anything like the picture. This time I upgraded to the other order because it said it would look like the picture, I don't even have the same colors that were in the arrangement. I specifically upgraded and paid more to get it to look like the picture and it looks nothing like that. I am very disappointed I even tried giving it a second shot and re-ordering this time but will never use you again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
