Ordered flowers on May 10th for Mothers Day and they were never delivered. Called the company on Mothers day and got an apology and said it would be delivered the next day. Waited the next day, no delivery. Called them back and the said it would be delivered today by 6pm. Now these are flowers that were ordered 5 days before the holiday and they want to try to deliver them 3 days after the holiday. I will never use this company again. Bad customer service.
They sent my mom flowers a day late on Mother's Day and they were dead. Very disappointing customer service and appreciation for a day we should all hold dearly. I was also out of the country for this order which makes it more disappointing.

ZERO STARS! Ordered flowers for Mother's Day to arrive on Friday. Order showed delivered, but never was. Contacted customer support, who I could barely hear. After 30 minutes of back and forth, they agreed to make sure the delivery was made on or before Sunday (Mother's Day). AGAIN, the flowers never showed up. I requested a refund, and 3 days later they stated they're still working on their "investigation". I ended up disputing the charge directly with my card company.
This company is nothing more than a horribly run aggregate company. Do yourself a favor and order directly from a local shop.

Mother's day...I paid early. I paid extra...all you had to do was deliver your trashy 35 dollar flowers on time or tell me xouldnt...u did neither.your trash you didn't even acknowledge even after giving benefit of doubt.but no u single handedly ruined My wife's mother's day. You ruined my children's mother's day who saved for these flowers. I always go 1800flowers. Yet here we are I took chance and you didn't even care to explain or acknowledge...your a trash company and this is only beginning. Watch how I report the others you have done same to. If you want reliable flower delivery, don't use Fromyouflowers.com. We never received my wife's Birthday flower delivery. Tracking never showed it being delivered and when you call you get the run around. After working a 10 hour shift, I had to go buy flowers for my wife because they never delivered the flowers I ordered 2 weeks earlier. I'm still waiting to see if I receive my refund. I learned my lesson with them.

Customer service placed re-order but couldn't tell me when they would be delivered because they were waiting for flowers from the wholesaler's warehouse. I thought I was ordering flowers from Romanies Florist somehow ordered from foryouflowers. For 84$ what I received was worth 18$. I called Ramonies Florist TO FIND OUT WHERE MY FLOWERS WERE and was told for you flowers GATHER ORDERS, AS IF THEY ARE RAMONIES. THEY AREN'T A FLORIST! Yesterday, 5/12/23, my wife recieved flowers from our daughter and they were broken, and nearly dead. Two of the main flowere (sunflower) were broken and some of the smaller flowers were close to dead. When my daughter called to complain they gave her only a partial refund. I have sent flowere many times over the years and never had but one bad one and the company quickly sent another. It was not Flowers For You. Would not reccomend.
I have made several orders with this page, but with this last one I felt cheated. I made an order for my mother for Mother's Day and the flowers arrived withered and colorless, they did not look anything like what was shown in the photo. I feel disappointed with this page. The difference is very noticeable in the photos. I took the photos today, which was when I received the delivery, and the flowers look horrible
Every time i place an order from fromyouflowers it has been over 2 weeks late i call customer support and i am told the same thing which is that it will arrive by 6 pm that day but it never does you would have better luck trying to fit a camel through the eye of a needle do not make the same mistake i did 10/10 would not recommend
I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. The order came to $53.90. Below I added photos of what the arrangement was supposed to look like and the second photo is what was delivered. This is shameful! These flowers look like what a florist would sit aside when making an arrangement. This does NOT look like a $53.90 arrangement. I reached out to customer service and they said they were sorry and that they were giving me a partial refund - $10.54. I will NEVER order from them again. It's too late for me to order anything for her now because it is the Friday before Mother's Day. I live out of state so it's not easy to just drop off flowers from somewhere else. I can't even order them at this point because they will not be delivered until after Mother's Day!

I received 1/4 of my flowers dead and mushy (brown) or broken. When I called customer service said the only thing they could do is "tell the florist who sent them." I don't recommend them. The picture below is just a couple of them as an example.

I live 12 hrs. Away from I could not make it Aunts Funeral, so decided to send flowers. As I spoke to the representative he did inform me that they could not be sent the same day, So that meant the next day. The next day so happened to be the Funeral. I ask not only once but mutable times, "Will the flowers be delivered before 11?" the rep said 11;30 I said that wouldn't work. Due to the fact Funeral started at 11. Now maybe its me but he then said that 11 would be the latest. Today was the funeral. Not only that I was told that flowers will be delivered today before 6. Hopefully my family will receive them today. Will I be using again NO WAY! I honestly believe i should get half of money back including the shipping.
I set up many orders for delivery for my staff and payed extra to have them delivered in the morning at 2:45 when I was on the phone with friends m you flowers one was delivered. I was promised the rest would be delivered by 6:00pm. 2 days later still no delivery. The order was placed on a Friday for Monday morning. When I called I did get someone finally they refunded one of the orders again promised it would still be delivered the next day which never happened. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
