Ordered a plant for a funeral on March 20,2023, by Wednesday I received a call saying the florist wasn't able to deliver due to incorrect name or not the correct delivery address. Well, I used my uncle's first two initials. So, I told them his first name, Joe, as well as his last name. Next day, I decided to contact them to make sure the correction was made, and the florist knew of the change. I was assured there was no problem moving forward. Well, here it is the day of the delivery, and the funeral home should have received the plant and I decided to call. NO! I contacted From You Flowers after confirming the tracking information. They still insist that the correction was wrong, and the florist couldn't make the delivery. I knew this place was very shady. How hard is it to find a deceased person in the correct funeral home and he is the only one with those initials as well as name there? I asked for a refund since they assured me that they had the updated name. They tried to offer to deliver to the house but, if you can't deliver to the funeral, why would I trust that you would deliver to the house? It's a NO! They issued a full refund to my PayPal account.

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday in another state. The flowers that were delivered were TOTALLY different than the one I ordered. I called customer service they were only able to compensate me 30% of my order and I had to fight for that. The workers were very patient, but I feel more could be done to rectify it. Well I have an issue with the order not arriving on the day I ordered and paid an additional $8 dollars on top the the regular service and handling fee of $14.99. Then they switched up my order from a $29 arrangement to a
$39 dollar arrangement. If that was not enough they are charging me a $4.60 sales tax and I live in a sales tax free state as so does this company. They are in New Hampshire. They told me some BS that because it was being delivered to a Nevada address I need to pay Nevada sales tax. What a crock! Do not do business with this company. I did call and it took 50 minutes and 3 people to resolve some of this issue. Now I am not sure if the flowers will even arrive. It is not 6:30 in Nevada and I doubt they will.

I placed a get-well order of flowers for a close friend who had to have emergency surgery and paid for them to be delivered that day. They were NEVER received and when they finally were it was NOT what I order. They looked like cheap grocery store flowers. Absolutely disappointing. Their service is absolutely terrible! I ordered flowers on 3/10/23 to be delivered on 3/11. First, they called on 3/12 to say the address was wrong. The address was literally copied and pasted from the recipient's Amazon account...tell me again it's wrong! So I confirm a second time that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the address and if you put it in Google maps you can literally see the front window of the apartment. Still no response by the afternoon so I email twice and call again. They again tell me that the address is wrong, I repeat it for the forth time and say there is absolutely no way it's wrong. They give me a $3.27 refund for my next day delivery fee and say the flowers will be delivered "ASAP", when I asked if that meant today, tomorrow, or next week, since ASAP is not a timeframe they just reiterated ASAP. The flowers were delivered finally on MONDAY 3/13 instead of Saturday. I spent close to 2 hours between phone calls and emails to get them finally delivered, there was never anything wrong with the address, I think they were just stalling. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order for a standing spray for my Uncle's funeral service and it was never delivered! I opted for expedited fee and understand that the product would be delivered within 4 hours from the time that I selected but it was past the cut off time. Everytime I contacted the customer service they only gave me the run around that they were not able to contact the floral shop and or that they did not answer because they were in route to delivery. I even selected a time 5+ hours before the funeral service began in case delivery took longer than expected. So disappointed and would not recommend to any one to do business or order from this place!
