I placed an order for a standing spray for my Uncle's funeral service and it was never delivered! I opted for expedited fee and understand that the product would be delivered within 4 hours from the time that I selected but it was past the cut off time. Everytime I contacted the customer service they only gave me the run around that they were not able to contact the floral shop and or that they did not answer because they were in route to delivery. I even selected a time 5+ hours before the funeral service began in case delivery took longer than expected. So disappointed and would not recommend to any one to do business or order from this place!
I placed 2 orders with this company on a Tuesday. I got an email saying they were delivered on Thursday. Visited the family Saturday and no delivery had been received. Called and was told order would be there Monday since it was Saturday. Again it was not. Called again and promised it would be there Tuesday. Finally one of the orders arrived late Tuesday called again about 2nd order. They didn't have what I ordered a week ago and just now telling me after I had called numerous times. Finally got a replacement order sent Thursday. I was very upset with how this was all handled. I had to ask for a supervisor to get any help at all. This is a second party. They take your order and then call a local florist to deliver and then they charge you extra fees which are not reflected in the item you select until you get to the end of your order. I could have called a local florist myself and should have. They won't give you the name of the local florist for you to check on your order if there is a problem either. I do not recommend this company and will never use them again. The only good thing about them is you can order completely online and I work long hours and that part was convenient for me but never again!
I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my step daughters out of state. Only 1 order got delivered and it looked nothing like the picture online. When no I called to see where my be other order was they said it shows delivered. I said it's not my and wanted it to still be delivered. They said they could not do that but they could offer me 20% refund only. I refused and then they offered 30% then 50% until I continued with no. I finally got my full refund but it'll take a few days to receive. Wil never go through them again!
I ordered from FromYouFlowers a week ahead of Valentine's Day. Ordered a dozen roses, bear, and chocolates. Paid $14.99 Shipping, then extra $4.99 in Same Day fees. Order price doubled from the item till purchase price, but this is to be expected during the holidays. What I did expect is them to arrive on Valentine's Day, which they did not. When you charge a fee for Same Day, my thoughts are you are sending this to a local florist to deliver. Not the case, they arrived a day later in a box that had to be put together and make look decent. After staying on hold for 28 minutes to lose the call to what appeared to be dead air, I tried the chat function. After explaining the situation, we started at 20% discount, then they offered 50% discount returned to my card. I disconnected chat, come to find out their version of 50% is not 50%. They discount the product 50%, not the total purchase. So, after all this was said and done, the $100.00 order returned $21.00 to my account. Take the money out of the situation, still worst purchase I have made. The flowers never even opened. They lasted about 3 days before decay hit and straight to the trash. While I fully understand flowers are short term, I have never had roses that did not open before dying. Tried chat again, only thing I got was told that the refund amount is 50%, of what they discount, but not of the order. Said they have done all they can. Would definitely never recommend these guys to anyone. It's bad enough the product doesn't arrive on time, but then the roses die almost immediately. I could have done better for $9.99 at Walmart or Kroger. Think twice before buying from this company.
This was the second time that I had used this company. The first time, the Prospect, KY flowers were beautiful and I was pleased. I sent a deluxe bouquet to my best friend in Fairlawn, OH yesterday. It was the florist choice which I found out is not a great option. I could have bought the same arrangement in a grocery store for $10 and not been charge $60.67. The company refunded $20.27, which they claim is 50%. Beware it's a gamble with each florist and I for one will stick with a local florist going forward!

I order some flowers this week. What was delivered was significantly different than what I ordered. I attached a picture to this review of what I ordered with a picture of what was delivered. As you can see there are less flowers in the bouquet. I understand that some flowers may no be in season, bloomed, etc. But your site indicates that they will replace those with other flowers. There are no replacement flowers in the bouquet delivered. There is 1 sunflower vs. the 3 in the picture. The bouquet is practically empty.
I am utterly disappointed in this. This was a bouquet to be sent to my friend who lost her husband. I will not be ordering from you again.

Got the new bouquet and it looks nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a pink and red bouquet and got a bouquet with white flowers, purple flowers, red flowers, and peach toned flowers. I then complained again by calling, and they never answered. So I again used their chat system and emailed them.

Got a call early in the morning about my order. They offered me a free bouquet since I wasn't satisfied with my order. I said yes at first, but then they said I would have to pay a small fee and I immediately changed my mind. He proceeded to say he could only offer 20% and if I was satisfied. I said no and they then proceeded to say 30% and that, that was all he could offer. I was beyond pissed. I am supposed to be refunded $15. Only $15.

I offered my wife flowers ahead of time, and paid an extra fee for Valentine's Day delivery, as a surprise to my wife. I was notified on Valentine's Day that they wouldn't be delivered until the next day, and offered a 10% discount on the purchase. I could have purchased flowers almost anywhere the day AFTER Valentines for half price. I decided to still take the flowers but wish I hadn't. When they arrived the bouquet didn't look like the picture they had online. I paid extra for the fuller bouquet, but the bouquet I recieved cost me $72 and didn't look as good as the base bouquet on the web site. Do yourself a favor and pick your flowers up at Wal-Mart. They will look much better, cost 75% less, and whoever you're buying them for will get them on time.

From you flowers is an absolutely horrible company. I made the mistake of trusting them to deliver Valentines Day flowers to my wife at work. They were never delivered. Nor were they delivered the next day. When I contacted them after the first day they weren't delivered on Valentines Day they lied to me and told me that the reason was because no-one was at the address that they were supposed to be delivered to. This is absolutely impossible being that my wife works at a Nursing home/Post Acute Center. Somebody is always there. I left my wife's phone number when I ordered the flowers for delivery purposes and she was never contacted. That's because no-one ever attempted to deliver the flowers. But they have the audacity to lie to me and tell me that they did. Not cool. Waste of time. Waste of money. And a ruined Valentines Day. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. This company is full of it and there customer service is rude and helpless.
Someone ordered me flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day but they arrived a day late. On top of them being late they were not fresh and had already started turning brown and withering away. First off I order two dozen of roses for my wife for valentines day a week in advance and was guaranteed delivery on valentines day by 5pm. This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever delt with. Ordered flowers, balloon and candies for my wife for Valentine'sDay. Over $100. Got an email saying it was delivered, but it wasn't. Called twice beforehand only to get false promises that it would be delivered and the typical bs runaround. The agent was very hard to understand and the online chat was like talking to a robot.
Long story short, they refunded my money after a 45 mintue wait and no apology or anything. First and absolutely last time I use this so-called company. What a joke! I should have read reviews before using them...BE WARNED!
