Sent the wrong arrangement and only provided a 20% credit because if their mistake. Not ok. I would like for the company to make this right by sending the correct arrangement or offering a full refund.

Tip for consumers:
The company ended up giving me a small refund - I am not satisfied and won't use them again. There is a reason they don't have reviews on their web site!

“Scam”

They offered me $15 to keep a dress I paid $142 not to return it. When I said no they changed their offer to $30. Total scam - do not order you cannot return.
