The delivery was a day late, it was upgraded for the issue the flowers were beautiful but all the effect was gone due to the fact that it was delivered the day after my 20th anniversary. It was pretty important that they got there when they were supposed to. The upgrade really should have came with a discount as well.

I have a Discount Code from previous orders, which allows $12+ off. I can never seem to use the code since their are already codes populated, and from the calls I made to customer service (at 1 of 4) was able to share that I can only use it on certain items (less the current discount code). After receiving the order 9-21, I watched my mother open the box. The baby breath was dry (dying) and leave were already falling off. The only plus was that she LOVED the rainbow color roses, so she didn't complain about part of the roses falling off.
Bouquet was small with only 4 flowers. Was disappointed and embarrassed to have sent them. Won't use again.
The arrangement was deliver as promised on time, the expectations were not high for the price paid. Arrangements was a bit small for premium price and some leaves were Completely yellow. Roses where about six I believe nice roses and carnations. Just price to high for type of arrangement and picture online is way better than what was delivered. Thank you
