Website was easy to use. Flowers were delivered on time with a short notice.
It took a long time, at least three tries before my order actually went through, a little frustrating. Also, it was quite a surprise that there was a 415 service and handling fee!
Only issue was that many items were advertised as next day and it didn't quite work that way. I happened to pick one of these (ordered early in the morning), but was later refunded $3 the next day because for some reason it couldn't be delivered. This was only a disappointment because it was near a weekend and so my friend had to wait several more days until after the weekend to receive the order.

It was supposed to be a 25% discount. Then it says there is a higher minimum delivery for this area. Not happy about that. When I first looked at the picture the recipient sent me, it looked kind of chintzy for what I paid. But a few days after, she sent another picture where more had opened up. So recipient seems happy with it. But I may switch to ordering from a local florist who is less likely to add on the high minimum or delivery charges.
Handling fee is high, they don't show the arrangement. Other than that good because they deliever on the day i need. Add on: My mother loved the flowers, I haven't been able to see her due to the pandemic and her being a cancer patient. She said the flowers made her day and helped her through a depression episode. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
