I expected it to be as large as the picture for the middle pricing but it looked like it was the small one there were only 3 roses 5 mums 4 carnations and a few fillers of Lilly and green buttons of peddleless daisies. I saw more roes than 3

I ordered the purple passion. Purple roses and purple carnations. But when it arrived it had only 2 purple flowers and all the rest were white and pink with yellow mixed in. Why did they not deliver what I ordered and paid for?

Was not expecting carnations as the photo showed roses. The small roses were wilted and three lilies were dried up never opened and turned yellow despite having plenty of water.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
