Well the flowers i ordered were for a good friends birthday. But i was rather embarrassed and mad. Because the flowers were delivered a day late. The embarrassing part was because they were suppose to be delivered on her birthday at work. Instead they wete delivered a day late. An at recipients home address. So when i do order again from your website. I DO NOT want the florist company filling my order. I'd rather have another company doing my order in the future.

This service was easy to use and had the best prices. Although my order was delayed, the customer service representative was very expedient, efficient, receptive and polite. The compensation for the inconvenience was good.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
