My order arrived a day late, looked NOTHING like the arrangement I had ordered, and the was half dead. We think it may have been left overnight in the delivery truck but that doesn't explain why it didn't look like what had been ordered. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and I will not use this company again.

Very expensive for the size of the bouquet that was delivered. Delivery speed was excellent.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
