Great! Flowers were for new home. Your friendly & kind staff contacted me saying they couldn't see it on map. When I told them it was a townhome, they gave me updated address of the additional use of West. Loved it! They still delivered, even though they were working till 8 pm! Also, found out you were able to get blue flowers we wanted for son too!
My niece was happy! I couldn't be there but she knows we are stoked about her big day.

What I selected were primarily purple flowers. When I saw a picture of what was sent. Was totally different. I was a little disappointed even though the bouquet was pretty was not what I ordered.
Itwas pleasant enough just didn't appreciate that the vase was not included in the price of the flowers.
There were a wide variety of flowers to choose from. The price was reasonable also. The sympathy plant I chose were for a good friend's mother who was 101 years old. The plant was received on time as promised. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Well, low and behold I did not get what was shown on the pictures! When contacting customer service I found their emails to be rude. Flowers were delivered - someone else could have done just as well without being rude.

The roses were hot when we received them and the vases were way too small for the amount of roses that were to be put in the vase. They never did open which was disappointing as they were for my 50th Wedding Anniversary. We purchased 1 dozen roses at our local store to make up the 50 and they turned out to be the best roses. Very disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
