The flowers my mom received were not the premium selection...I did not get what we ordered...there were only 2 lilies (one open and browning and one closed, mostly carnations and 3 roses. The vase was white and the size was definitely regular not premium. Very disappointed. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in rectifying the situation. I do not blame fromyourflowers.com, it was the local florist who executed the order that should take the blame. The local florist most likely assumed I would not ask my mother for a picture of what she received.
I placed a same day order and was notified 3 hours later that the delivery would not occur until the next day and the additional fee would be refunded. I suppose that is pretty standard so I wouldn't say I'm "unsatisfied", I think if there were some guidelines to set expectations for submitting an order by a certain time would guarantee same day delivery would have been better.
Surprise! $15 delivery fee, $3 same day/weekend fee but I'm ordering September 17 for delivery September 18 which is Friday, a regular business day, not a weekend. Received email 9/18 saying delivered. Then 2nd email saying can't be delivered, will deliver 9/19. On 9/19 received email that there was no florist in area. Shouldn't that have come first. Delivery finally confirmed 9/21. Don't know when it actually arrived.
Delivery was faster than expected especially for same day delivery. Prices are better than many flower delivery services but the delivery fees detract from the overall savings. Still, I will continue using this service. It has become my "go to."

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
