Delivery charge is too high. I spent too much time picking out the flowers and entering info to just cancel. Delivery fee is only told at the very end of transaction. Won't be ordering from here again.
I have gotten flower arrangements from here before and the receivers absolutely loved them. I am hoping that the cake I ordered is just as good if not better. Loving shopping here :)

We appreciated the service we received as we ordered the flowers from Florida and they were delivered to my sister in California. The only thing we were disappointed about-we ordered them in a tea cup and they were sent in a vase. They were a surprise and she said they wee beautiful. She received them the same day we ordered them.

The flowers were ugly and poor quality. I order a baby boy bouquet and it was delivered with a florescent green bow and bright ugly assorted flowers. 1st time customer I will never order again. Dissatisfied customer.
To be completely honest, for the price I paid ($71.78 including everything - $59.99 for the dish garden) I was extremely disappointed in the dish garden. I happened to be at my friend's house when the order arrived. It was nothing like the picture I ordered, was very small. This was supposed to be a "premium" dish garden (in between standard and deluxe), and I found it to be substandard.
The service fee should have been included it nearly doubled the price of the delivery. If they are more expensive it should specify upfront. I feel as if it was false advertising.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
