I am a bit disappointed... the promo picture it looks so pretty & lots of flowers. It disappoints me when i saw because not much flowers & price is very expensive for that little amount of flowers... Sorry but i think it will be my first & last order.
2.99 upcharge too much on top of the 14.99, especially for the delivery time being so late. I ordered a second time just after 6 p.m. on Wednesday because they said I had a $12.19 credit, I paid another additional 2.99 for the delivery to be on the next day which was Thursday and still at 5:41 p.m. the flowers still have not been delivered! Why am I paying almost $20 for the flowers to be delivered?! In addition, I the credit didn't make any difference really because I was denied the ability to order the flowers I wanted that were a lower price. I got a message that I had to spend more for delivery to the ******* area. From now on I will stick with ordering directly from my local florists and encourage my friends and colleagues to do the same. Since this company seems to be trying to get money anyway it can out of its customers.

Using your web sight, almost every arrangement I selected could not be delivered to the area code I needed. It was very frustrating. After finding an arrangement that could be delivered, I made the order. I told them it was for a 10:00 a.m. funeral. When I arrived at the funeral I started looking at all of the flowers, but my arrangement was not there. I called after the funeral, and they said it would be delivered by 10:00 that night. It was delivered to the church around 3:00 p.m. Of course that was way after the funeral and the graveside service. I will say that they did refund my cost of the arrrangement. I appreciated that.
Convenient and good price and variety
Very easy to place orders online. My daughter received exactly what I wanted her to have for her birthday. She was very happy with the whole flower arrangement she received. Can't believe I did not have to speak to anyone but it was all on line. Also the flowers were delivered in the morning she had her whole day to enjoy them on her birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
