Nice and easy website to navigate. The flowers were beautiful and the chocolates were tasty. I did not give five star rating for everything because there was supposed to be a balloon included with the price of my order and we did not get the balloon.
Overpriced for what was received. Pretty disappointed. Shop around, there are better product offers out there.

Easy to order and your company is eager to take my money but delivers flowers that are not what I paid for. The arrangement was supposed to be vertical and it was NOT. I NEVER ordered the flowers with glitter on them, my mother HATES glitter. The glitter made a mess in her car so essentially, the gift I bought her for her birthday accrued a coat for her with having to take time and money to clean up the glitter from her car. This was not at all how it should have transpired. It was supposed to have been a simple arrangement for which I bought the premium and it looked like there was no extra effort to make it 'premium.' I won't order flowers from this company again. I'm very disappointed and I feel like I was ripped off.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
