Hopefully the flowers will look beautiful. The flowers were delivered in a box and they did not look perfectly fresh and vibrant. Although the flowers were nicely packed in the box the flowers did not look arranged well at all and I'm not a professional. So I'm not happy because they look like an amateur (me) arranged them
I received today an email that my o# ******* was hopefully delivered 10/2/20 at 4:05PM to a funeral home in Ohio, so at this time I cannot give a rating of the time of delivery and I`m sure the quality of the flowers was A#1.
The customer service was superb placing the order online; all went well.

My Mom was very happy with the flowers the florists created for her. My Mom's favorite color is purple and purple flowers were in the bouquet of flowers. I didn't even request it. It was like the florist knew. I am getting flowers for my Mom again for her birthday. I can't wait to see what they are going to look like! I will definitely be a repeated customer.

Hoping the recipients will be impressed with delivery. There were many basket plant options to choose from and I didn't particularly prefer the baskets. For that reason, I chose Garden Dish arrangement so the recipient would keep the dish planter and reuse it. A basket arrangement was sent anyways and I was disappointed as they were less expensive from what I had chosen. When I contacted the customer service, they apologized and gave me a credit of $10 to use for future orders. I was not interested in a credit that was to be used for future orders, a credit back to my account would have been more desirable as the order I had placed was not cheap.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
