Although the flowers were beautiful it would have been nice to see the delivery fee before check out. My flowers went from $32.99 to $52.00 with delivery at the time of check out.

It is so easy to order and send flowers from this company. The recipients always say the flowers are lovely. From You Florist is TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They did not have item for my CONFIRMED ORDER yet did NOT find a different florist who had my item, nor did they CALL ME until the DAY AFTER DELIVERY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE! I placed@ 5:30pm on a Friday for a Saturday Deliver order online; it is RIDICULOUS they did NOT CALL ME until the day AFTER THE DELIVERY WAS TO BE MADE to tell me order/ delivery was NOT NOT MADE! And the day when they called was a SUNDAY so order could not be delivered even the next day I needed BECAUSE FLORISTS ARE CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The order was for a death in the family & I was not able to attend funeral on Sunday so I needed it to be delivered SATURDAY, and, because family would be there!

Products don't always look exactly like their pictures on their site. They are high priced for what you actually get, especially when you add in a "standard" delivery fee ( $14.99) on to it. For the high price you pay for their products already, there should be no or a much smaller delivery fee, except of course for same or next day delivery.
I've ordered fro them in the past and am always pleased with the products and service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
