I felt like the total pricing was not very up front. I wish I had been told about the service and handling fee before getting to the final order page. I also was linked here from a Perks at Work promotion from my workplace, and I was disappointed and confused when the promotional code listed by Perks at Work was not the same promotional code applied when I arrived at the website (by clicking a direct link from Perks at Work). The same thing happened when I manually copied my Perks at Work promotional code into the website. Overall, I feel like this website obfuscates its pricing and discounting, making it confusing for consumers. I hope that I am satisfied with the quality of the flowers when they are delivered. I do really like the sample picture of the bouquet I have ordered. If I have a good experience upon delivery, I will consider ordering from From You Flowers again. Please only use my email for customer care, not for promotional purposes. Thank you. --Update upon delivery: Flowers are beautiful. Substitutes were made. Delivery time could have been better.
Ordering was easy and the delivery and flowers were fine. However, I paid for "Premium" and only "Regular" was delivered. Accordingly I sent an email asking that the difference between "Premium" and "Regular" be refunded to my credit card; the response was to refund 25% of my payment, which did NOT cover the difference, and to send me a $10 credit which could only be used to purchase more flowers. So I'm not really happy about that - I feel that my bill should simply have been adjusted to reflect what was actually delivered, with no further purchase required of me.
Just found this company, I placed 4 orders, and can only speak for the customer SVC rep I spoke with. She was very nice and helpful.

Follow up 10/08/2020, all flowers were delivered on time. However, one order was not exactly what I'd requested but the substitute flowers were just as nice. 4 orders placed, 4 orders rec'd correctly, and to my knowledge ALL flowers were cared for properly and have lasted a minimum of 3 weeks. This is my new go to flower service.
My wife is going to love these flowers. A few clicks is all it took

EXCELLENCY
I liked the flowers that were sent, however I placed the order around 10:30am and the recipient didn't get the order until around 8:30pm. I was about to call and cancel the order when it finally was delivered.
On the website I choose pink balloons and it went orange
No idea if the flowers are great or not because they didn't arrive on time. Paid for expedited delivery to arrive before noon for my MIL's birthday who was visiting me... flowers didn't arrive in time before she left. All I got was a 'we've refunded your fee'... how the hell does that help me. From you flowers has offered to "reach out" but the truth is I chatted with customer service no less than 2 times the day of. Once before the noon deadline to ensure expedited delivery would be honored, once when that deadline had been missed, and once again when that deadline was missed by more than 90 minutes. EACH time, I was replied to with cut-and-paste apologies and false assurances rather than them calling the florist to fix the issue. Just Awful. And the bouquet wasn't even that great when it finally did arrive 3 hours and 52 minutes LATE. $81 for a $35 flower arrangement at best. Just awful.

I have been a long time customer and until now very satisfied. However, my latest orders were very unsatisfactory. I realize that this is mostly in the hands of the florist that you use in the area where the flowers were to be delivered. However, my orders were mixed up and late. On the brighter side, from youflowers.com did what they could to remedy the situation.

The flowers were lovely and my daughter was very complimentary of the flowers. Good experience. I thought the delivery addition charge was a bit much.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
