Ordered flowers for Bosses Day and paid for a premium bouquet. What she received was a sorry excuse for a flower arrangement. Very few flowers, lots of greenery and was arranged in a haphazard manner. I am thoroughly ticked and irritated at the lackluster presentation of these flowers. To make matters worse, I called to complain and their response was to refund me 20% of my order and say "I'm sorry". I don't want my money back! I want you, idiots, to have that florist do their job and bring additional flowers to make it right! DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! DECEITFUL AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS! I will personally never use nor recommend them to anyone. A waste of time and money!
Flowers have been excellant in the past and I get great compliments!Contacted customer service because flowers were delivered on wrong date and had to be redelivered on correct date.Operator was very apologetic and took care of issue.Very satisfied with second delivery.Things happen and I will continue to use your service in future and recommend to friends.
They offer a 20% coupon if you give them your email. It seems like a good deal at first. When you get to your order page (shopping cart) you see the 20% off and a delivery charge (it didn't say there would be a delivery charge, but I expected it). Then you go to the payment page and enter all your info, card number, delivery address, etc and when you click confirm, you get to the page that actually has the total they are charging you. My total was $20 more than what it said in the shopping cart. I complained afterwards in a chat and they said sorry for the inconvenience.
I always order from you, however the last few times, orders have not been delivered on dates promised. These flowers were a gift, and the succulents that were delivered were all missing their leaves, per the recipient. Otherwise I have always had great service and floral quality has been good.
I feel it was a bit pricey for what was received.

HAD A DISCOUNT CODE AND NO PLACE TO ENTER IT
This business is HORRIBLE I order flowers they said was supposed to be GUARANTEED delivery and paid EXTRA to have them them guaranteed and I waited all day, 5pm came and nothing I called to Check they promised they contacted the florist and said it would be delivered as Promised 7pm came around & nothing called in again they say oh we cant get a hold of the florist. Then they transfer me to a supervisor who tells me that the florist never even confirmed the order which means they had lied to me at 5pm. Well 3 calls and 2 emails later the GUARANTEED me again that it would be delivered the next morn I decided to check and I email them and they email me back saying they cant even find my order! So I call in and Guess what the florist was closed and they tell me they can try the following day its HORRIBLE they just apologized and said well we can have it delived monday or tues lol well the thing is I had ANOTHER order being sent to the same person on tues lol so why would I want 2 orders on the same day and I have to hope and pray that it actually gets delivered but hey to make things better they did offer me a 30 gift card that i can use on my next order lol like Im going to order from them again. I asked what their GUARANTEE meant on there website and no one I talked to would give me an answer cause its just BS they put on there website to make people choose them. Please if you want flowers delivered and you don't want to argue and stress for days with these people dont waist your time and money on them youll never get the flower delivered just go to 1800flowers or someone else.

I was disappointed when i saw the card, i was not expecting it will be like that. Not presentable and they squeeze all the words in a small card and some words are written at the back of the cards and not even typewritten to make the words clear, readable and be presentable...
In ordering online they specified a maximum number of character which i did. See attached photo, the front and the continuation is on the back of the card.

Bought a flower arrangement several days prior for my daughter's birthday and paid extra to have them delivered in the morning. It is now almost 6pm and they still have yet to be delivered. This company has a great selection but why would they offer to have deliveries by a certain time and charge extra yet dont follow through
I can understand for a same day delivery but when they are ordered several d as in advance, there is no excuse.
The flowers did not look like the same size as described on the site. It wasn't very pretty... price was ok though and it was easy to shop.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
