Bait and switch

Saw beautiful arrangement of spray roses in pastels that I thought would be perfect for my daughter's 30th birthday. What was received was nothing like what was ordered and I paid extra for the before 12 delivery which did not occur. Carnations are NOT spray roses. Very disappointed and bouquet received was wilty as per pic below. Better to deal direct with florist in order area rather than thru this company. I don't believe their suppliers know what was ordered!

I talked with the mortuary and they verified they were left outside wilted and someone passed by and saw them and told her. She informed me that had she been given those flowers she would have sent them back
The card also read wrong, It should be DYAN, DANI, DJ, RHONDA AND DEBRA ALL ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD. W

What an absolute joke!

I ordered my arrangement as a thank you gift for a colleague. I ordered it 6 days in advance, only for it not to be delivered on its scheduled day. Customer service on the phone was terrible, and my overall experience was awful. What I'm looking forward to most is sharing my experience with all of my connections so that they never ever ever even think about using fromyouflowers.com. What an absolute joke! I was told they could get my arrangement there the following Wednesday... 7 days after the initial scheduled delivery date. Awful, awful, awful! They filter their reviews on their website and choose the ones they like to post, claiming 7 million satisfied customers... yet they only show 150 reviews on their website and boast 4.9 stars on their own website. When you go to leave a review, you don't even have the option of leaving a starred rating.

I ordered a fall arrangement in pumpkin type container that was intended to be a keepsake in celebration of my friend's accomplishment.
Instead, a "happy" arrangement in a clear vase was delivered.
Very disappointing!

Never was delivered

This was my first and last time ever using this company. AWFUL. I woke up at 7 AM to have my flowers delivered on their "same-day" delivery. First off, they will ADD about $15 for handling the flowers and an addition $3 for delivery, plus tax. So I ordered a $35 flowers and somehow it added up to $54...?!?!?!?! Second off, they didn't even deliver at all! Even when I was talking to customer service saying that "Your order..., was successfully placed and scheduled to be delivered today." YEAH RIGHT. Never came! However, one good thing about this company is the how fast customer service is and that they do give back your full refund. Other than that, my new mother-in-law never got her flowers for her birthday.

First and foremost, this is the first time that I have ever left a bad review anywhere but the way I was treated by Jean, a Supervisor in the financial department forced me to do this. I received a phone call from "From You Flowers" yesterday and they left me a voicemail informing me I needed to call them back. I thought there was a problem with the order even though they had already taken out $109.11 from my bank account. I called them back this morning and Ms. Jean told me I was randomly selected by their system and they needed to ask me some questions. I responded to all of the normal questions (who I was, delivery address, etc.) which I gladly answered. Then Ms. Jean says in a very accusatory tone that I had previously failed to answer the same questions on my previous order which happened to be on 04/2020 to which I was completely caught off guard. I kept telling this Supervisor that she was treating me like a criminal to which she alleged insinuated that I was withholding information from her. Short story, I hanged up off the phone and call back. It took me 30 mins for them to give me a full refund. Stay away from this company; the one-star reviews don't lie. I AM NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN USING THIS COMPANY. If anyone from "From You Flowers" is reading this, please do a better job of training your employees, and please show them how they should talk to people.

Lovely selection, good prices, easy site to navigate.
Delivery on my first purchase arrived one month earlier than the delivery date listed. The arrangement, however was lovely.
The second purchase, a bosses day arrangement, arrived > 1 hour AFTER close of business (5:45p), I ran into the delivery person in the parking lot as I was leaving after receiving a confirmation that the arrangement was "delivered" one hour earlier. I had to deliver this to my boss myself as she was already gone for the day. The arrangement was poor, the flowers looked old and droopy,big gaps between flowers and the card was not completed correctly. Very disappointed with this entire experience. Customer service arranged for a second delivery as an apology for the experience. This arrangement was much smaller(I was told it would be an upgraded arrangement), but in better shape than the first. There was supposed to be an apology card attached for my boss, but this did not occur. I am reluctant to ever use this service again.

Really nice to have lots of available dates for delivery! Flowers were beautiful, but a different vase was used with delivery other than online picture.

I had ordered flowers to be delivered same day, on a Sunday. The order had processed and been approved (took my damn money) and seemed to be fine. Flowers never arrived Sunday and midday Monday I received an email saying they couldn't get to my order so they would refund me same day weekend fee and still send them. Come Monday night I find out that there are "no florist" in that zip code that can do my order. I am very upset how my order can go through and be processed which all these complications. If they can't deliver on Sunday why make that an option? If there aren't any florist in that area who can do the order, why make that an option? I am very upset. I just wrote up an email demanding a refund because of this TERRIBLE service. They will never have my business again.

My last order was received on time but it was not even close to the picture displayed when ordering. I ordered a plant for my mom's birthday. It came like it was just planted and was tiny, like a baby plant. I didn't call and complain because it was a gift for my mother and she was ok with it because she said eventually it will grow. I was disappointed because of the price I paid. I guess I should have called but it seems like every time I order there is a problem and I am tired of calling every time. I don't think I'll be ordering again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date for a clients anniversary. They flowers did not arrive and I went on line to cancel the order. The flowers arrived the following day and I was charged- even though I cancelled the order. I called the number associated with the charge on my statement. I couldn't the person I was speaking with and asked to speak with someone else. The next person on the line had the same accent and had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. She finally agreed to credit my account but my level of frustration was through the roof. I won't be using them again.
