Once they could not deliver on the date ordered and delivered a day late. Second time they wanted to deliver five days late. I cancelled and they refunded my money.
My mother sent me flowers for Christmas and paid a lot of money to do so. On the left is what I received and on the right is what was ordered. Not a great way to do business. Especially now when so many people are having to close their business due to the financial burdens this year has brought. This company will not receive any business from me or my family.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet for $150. Delivered from a place in Costa Mesa. The arrangement looked like it had been put together by an amateur. The recipient said the flowers were broken and dying as they arrived. I complained, company sent out another bouquet. Great. It arrived the next day, half the size, and no roses. And flowers already dying. Would never use again.
Did not get what I ordered. Arrangement shape nothing like the picture, colors not like the picture, vase not like the picture. After checking the tracking that said delivered, found it was not delivered. After I called company they delivered it about 9 at night. Order was placed several days in advanced. First 2 orders no problem, this order was a mess. Called to address this issue, they said they would take 20.00 off and a 15% coupon. I will not be using the coupon and would not recommend them.
Placed the order. Paid for an extra charge specific time before delivery 12pm. Guess What? Unorganized. I can't believe this site exists. It wasn't delivered on time before 12pm. They said that it will be delivered between 8am-5pm. Then why put a service charge to get it before 12pm. They generously rerouted my order to my house but the order was for my wife's job.
I ordered flowers for my sister she was in the hospital awaiting surgery and I expedited flowers from this company so they would be there within 4 hours 10 hours later I got an email stating they could not deliver them that the hospital would not accept them which was incorrect contact to the hospital and they said no we except flowers nobody had tried to deliver any today so contacted the Flower Company they said they would refund my expedited fee and redeliver them tomorrow I agreed as long as they could get them there by 10 a.m. they proceeded to tell me if the window was 10 to 5 I said that is unacceptable since the arrangement had already supposedly been made there shouldn't be any issues of redelivery in the morning I contacted me this morning at 10 a.m. and said that they tried delivery again and the hospital would not accept the flowers again again I called the hospital right to the front desk they said there has been no flowers deliveries at all today my other sister also ordered flowers and is going through the same thing this is not right has it is my sister in the hospital can't have any buddy in there with her due to covid-19 so we wanted something personable delivered to her and they said flowers were fine as long as she was not in the ICU which is not not happy with their service I think they're pretty much a joke since I have so many complaints on the Better Business Bureau website all in all I wouldn't do business with this company I hope nobody does as you can't rely on them thank you Don
My son from Leistershire, England ordered a dozen roses for my birthday. Flowers came from Kentucky, next day delivery to me in North Dakota looking as fresh as if picked from my garden!

I ordered a next day delivery for balloons for my colleague from the whole team and paid extra not only for the next day delivery but also for a morning delivery!
By 1PM it wasn't delivered and nobody send me ANYTHING about it! I had to contact them and then they informed me that they're working on it and it'll be delivered that day. AT 4PM THEY MESSAGED AGAIN this time telling me that they won't be able to deliver that day because they couldn't find a florist to do it? They couldn't tell me that before 4PM so I could find alternative? Right now I'm still waiting for the delivery. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Daughter after giving birth to my granddaughter on Monday. Flowers were never delivered. When I called to follow up, I was told that they could not find a local florist to deliver to that address! It's a place of business! If they cannot deliver there, then WHERE can they deliver to? After several calls and many hours on the phone, I was offered a full refund AND a complimentary arrangement. It is now Thursday, and still no arrangement or refund! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! THIS IS A SCAM!

I have to admit, I have never gathered such a bad exprience, as i did with "Frommyflowers". There was a delivery delay, despite prebooking a delivery for a special occasion. The order was made for the 4th of Dec, in the end - as a "matter of apology", stuff mentioned flowers would be delivered by the end of Dec?, in the worst scenario they will offer me a Gift Certificate for 10$? They ignore my emails, my request for money refund!

I ordered four plants for my colleagues and only two of these orders were fulfilled. My card has been debited nearly $400 and despite it now being 4 days past the promised delivery date no update or email to explain the delay has been received. I have never experienced this type of service from providers I have used before. Very disappointing and I still do not know where the plants are or when they will be delivered!
We order regular flowers because we did't know if would be ok, but the surprise was that the flowers were beautiful like the picture!
I really enjoy shopping through From You Flowers. One nice improvement would be if it were possible to have lower shipping costs, however, I understand this may be out of FYF's control. :)
The surprise $14.99 delivery charge (also called a charge for 100% satisfaction) was a bitter pill to swallow, but the topper for me was their apparent lack of any flowers with which to make arrangements.
My first selection was unavailable, So I selected from the arrangements that they recommended, gave them my payment info and scheduled the delivery. The next day I received an email saying that their recommendation was also unavailable.

They say they guarantee delivery i ordered 4 days ahead, for stepmom funeral. No flowers, They claimed they delivered, then said they will three days after funeral. Really!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
