From You Flowers - NO FLOWERS DELIVERED AFTER A FULL WEEK
I ORDERED FLOWERS ON MARCH 29TH ITS NOW APRIL 4TH AND STILL NO DELIVERY! I CALLED EVERYDAY AND RECIEVED 1 LAME EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER AND I TALKED TO 7 REPRESENTATIVES AND SUPERVISORS. 80 DOLLARS IS A LOT OF MONEY TO A SENIOR CITIZEN OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER! THE COMPANY OWNER NEEDS TO BE ALERTED THAT THE SHIP IS SINKING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. AND I INTEND TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY REVIEW SERVICE AVAILABLE IS NOTIFIED! INCLUDING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I received the flowers from two different people in the same week that were ordered from this company. Neither friend got what they paid for. They won't give refunds and there is no way to talk to anyone in person just via chat. See photos below what was ordered and what was received
I had a very frustrating experience with their Filipino customer service. I spoke and spelled out all of my information very clearly but the lady was not able to understand and made so many mistakes. Each word had to be spelled out at least 5 times and she just couldn't process english properly. The whole process took 40+ minutes when it should have taken 15 minutes maximum. Terrible experience.

It was definitely delivered quickly but honestly the PREMIUM Option isn't very premium for the price that was charged.

I ordered a candy basket for my 25 year old son. They gave him pretty pink and purple flowers. I contacted the customer service and they kept repeating that he will get the candy basket soon. I let them know that he got flowers, not candy. They just kept saying he will get it soon. He never got a candy basket. Only flowers. For a 25 year old man that isn't interested in flowers!

I placed an order ($104.97) last friday night with a guarantee of delivery the next day by noon. Received a call from FromYouFlowers Thursday morning to confirm that the recipient was still in the hospital and that the flowers I ordered were being delivered today. This is 6 days after ordering them. I told the cs gal my frustration and she offered a measly discount. I don't recommend this site at all for ordering and delivering flowers. This was very very poor service and I still don't know if they were actually delivered yesterday. Today I get an email saying that the hospital wouldn't accept the flower delivery! BS! I checked with this hospital prior to ordering and they accept flowers 7 days a week. (order#*******)

They sent moms Valentine flowers to a name and address we had never heard of, the only thing they had correct was city state and zip code! By the time she got the flowers 4 days later they had been frozen and were dead! Nice Valentine's Day gift to my mom, $70 of dead flowers! They refuse to make it right. Many not thanks to this place.
I have ordered from this company twice. Both orders were progressively worse than the other. The first time I ordered flowers for my mother and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The orders were delayed and the flower arrangements did not look anything like the ones online. I realize the florist may use similar flowers when certain flowers aren't available but the arrangements didn't even contain flowers the same color. I assumed the bad experience was a fluke so I ordered again for my grandmother while she was in the hospital. I placed the order and they were still not delivered a week later. I received no updates from the company or florist that the flowers would be delayed or that they were unable to fulfill the order. The company policy claims that if they are unable to deliver an order on the selected date then they will reach out to the customer. This did not happen. I contacted the company on multiple occasions about the order and they agreed to upgrade the arrangement and send an apology letter the following day. It was still not delivered the following day. I waited one more day to see if the arrangement would be delivered and it still wasn't and no one contacted me about an issue. Finally my husband called the company to complain about the situation. The customer service was awful. The first person hung up on the call and was very short with him. Finally he got through to someone that would listen to the situation and finally received a refund for the order. This company is a joke.
I ordered flowers for "guaranteed" next business day and paid the $18 delivery fee happily. "Delivery day" arrived and no flowers were received and eventually I got an email with no explanation saying they were delayed two days. That is not what a guarantee is and the company did nothing to resolve this problem. They are no cheaper than any other site but less reliable and have poor customer service, would recommend seeking out alternatives. I made an account specifically to write this review because the experience was so poor.
My Valentine's day flowers DIED the next day.
A week later I have yet to receive my replacement flowers.
Horrible customer service
UPS didn't even try to deliver the order from FromYouFlowers so I paid twice the price and ordered from 1800 flowers... which delivered in about 2 hours from a florist. FromYouFlowers refunded my money and still delivered it a couple days later. But I noticed afterwards that I could have saved 50% and had their florists deliver instead -- same day. The flowers were identical and the vase slightly smaller than 1800 flowers for about half the price.
UPS gets 1 star for not trying to deliver, but I'd give FYF 5 stars because the refunded and delivered anyway.
Received these the box was nice the flowers very disappointing they are old. I called they just said sorry. Roses are not cheap please be aware when ordering from this company
I ordered roses and a teddy bear for for my niece. She received the roses but not the teddy bear. I was told that my only option was to have the money for the teddy bear refunded. I had wished they would send someone to deliver the teddy bear. However, they made it right and ended up refunding me the whole amount. I am satisfied with this outcome and am willing to give them a second chance.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
