The arrangement looks nothing like what I had ordered. Also, I understand I wanted no contact delivery but they left it on my daughters porch and if I hadn't called her to see if she got a "surprise" that day she would never have found them yesterday. Seems like the delivery people could knock on the door and try to see if anyone is home instead of just leaving them without any kind of notification. Also, the flowers were supposed to have succulents and roses. The arrangement had one succulent that looked nothing like the picture and they used carnations instead of roses for the peachy color which we all know are way cheaper than roses.

It was a last minute idea to send flowers to my girl's job for her birthday. I haven't Done that in quite some time... They send a delivery time was within 4 hours. It was about 4 and a 1/2 but it was not a big deal considering that she still got them. And they were absolutely beautiful..
Easy site to use; affordable flowers
I found out the morning of 8/18 that my good friends husbands father passed away. I ordered flowers right away to send to them. I ordered by 9am and they were there by noonish. I didn't even pay for the early delivery. The arrangement was beautiful.

Day shipping price for the area had to be at least $50. But it only let me upgrade my product to get that instead of browsing the site to add more to the order of other products which is what i wanted to do. So i did not like that i only had an option of an upgrade that i have no idea what looks like because it doesn't give you or tell you what that upgrade consists of.

The company was very thorough and even contacted when there was a delay in the delivery. They quickly removed the speedy delivery charge. My mom was very pleased with them.
The shopping experience on the site was user friendly. I did have trouble checking out as my card couldn't be billed though the charge was showing. That was a bit frustrating after 2 tries I just used a different card.

Flowers came in with a damaged box. Once I opened it the pedals and leafs just littered the box. Most of the Multi colored roses were damaged. Pretty upset that these roses are a high dollar amount and I received a damaged box with roses that are falling apart. I'm very embarrassed to present these to my wife. I understand what the directions said about the food and warm water and cutting at a diagonal but the roses that didn't fall apart seem they are to far gone. Most of the pedals are very very wrinkled. Very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
