Your additional charges are outrageous. There was not an option to cancel the order after reviewing it. Won't be back. Hopefully the flowers will be acceptable.
Could not find what I wanted! The substitute order worked out okay. Was more than I wanted to pay with delivery fee! Floral cake was beautiful!

I enjoyed having the option of ordering and having the flowers delivered the next day. The bouquet was of a beautiful quality and less expensive than ordering from other local flower shops. However, I was shocked that the price jumped from a little over $35 to $54 for delivering from a local shop. My parents were very surprised for their 30th wedding anniversary, and thought the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The overall presentation was very well done and we are extremely pleased with our order and timeliness. The delivery person was also very friendly and made a suggestion on how to keep the flowers alive a little longer! Well done!

Did not like substitute flowers. Not the bouquet I ordered.
The floral arrangement was delivered in a very timely manner and was fresh and beautiful. The only thing that could have been improved was the penmanship on the card. The message was not legible, taking away from the intent of the surprise delivery. It would have been better if the shop just cut and pasted my message on the card instead of being poorly hand written.

The flowers that got delivered looked nothing like what was displayed online. I understand that its not going to be an 100% accurate but what i received was mediocre at best. Aside from this it was 1 day late
