I usually use ProFlowers.com to send flowers to my mom. I've used them for years. This time, I had a discount so went decided to try something new. She was extremely happy with the flowers and the local company who delivered them. She said they are the most beautiful flowers she's ever had delivered and they are much better quality. I had to call an update my order with no balloon because I didn't realize that are pet freaks out with balloons. The customer service was able to take the balloon off and add flowers so it was the same price. That was very nice and good service.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Was supposed to be delivered by noon (paid extra) not only were they not delivered by noon, but never delivered at all. After several phone calls and chats starting at 930am for services at 4pm I was assured they would be delivered. At 330 pm after my 5th or 6th call I was told the vase in the picture was not available and flowers would not be sent. WHAT? I could care less what vase it was in... get the arrangement there... nope sure did not. They did not call me to say this. It was only after my several calls that I found out. Absolutely heartbroken and there is no way to fix this. Save yourself the heartbreak. NEVER order through them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
