You offer many lovely choices. My daughter is working out of town on her birthday, so I sent flowers. I checked with the hotel on the best way to order and gave explicit directions for delivery. I called the hotel today to be sure the flowers had arrived. The desk clerk assured me that the flowers are beautiful and there's a big balloon! I know my daughter will love them.

Quality of flowers was fine, not exactly like picture on website but I understand substitutions have to be made based on availability. Nearly 15.00 service and handling fee was tacked on at the end of ordering process. Be up front about every part of the cost.

I haven't actually SEEN the flowers, so I wasn't happy that i had to give a star rating for something that I couldn't really answer, in order to complete the survey (I almost x'd out of it.)
I ordered 4 different deliveries on 3 different days. The second and third delivery arrived at a reasonable time and on the right day. I had my doubts because the first delivery was late at night and to the wrong address. It was never corrected until I call 3 times. It finally was delivered to the correct address, 3 days later.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
