Ordered flowers over a week before delivery date. Flowers not delivered by 5:00 pm. on the delivery date. Called customer service. They called the local florist handling delivery- no answer. Said they must be out to lunch (at 5:00?). Assured me the flowers would be delivered & they would confirm delivery to me. Finally, my son texted me and let me know they were delivered at 6:45 pm. as he and my daughter in law were leaving for dinner. Flowers, while nice, were not close to what I ordered. Colors and type of flowers were different. Very disappointed. It is 8:00 am on the following day and I have still not received confirmation of delivery! Back to FTD!

"Handling fee" is a bit much if you ask me and the flowers were quite as full as the picture. Otherwise it would be 5 stars across the board.
The bouquet was done with a lot of cheap, dark colored flowers. Not at all what I was expecting a florist's choice would be during the summer. I'm really disappointed in what I ordered. The recipient deserved better than what she got, and I'm kind of embarrassed that she thinks that's what I picked out. I could've gone to Safeway or Fred Meyer and gotten better for half the price, but I ordered for delivery, because I thought it would be more special.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
