The flowers for the funeral service o 8/20, got there too late close to end of the service even though I mentioned on the order the timing of the service and I paid the extra fee for on time delivery.

It was easy and I loved the Google discount. I received a email that my delivery was not going to happen on 'same day delivery' as I wanted and paid extra for. I was told it would be delivered the following day and I would be credited the amount I paid extra for. The flowers arrived the next day to my friend, a day after her birthday when I had hoped they would have arrived on her actual birthday as planned. Overall, everything was fine and I would order again. I appreciated the email updates as well.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
