Great job folks! I had first checked the more well known companies, at least to me anyways (FTD, 1-800-FLOWERS, etc.) and the earliest delivery time they could provide was a minimum of five days. When I ordered the flowers it was early evening on Friday and I desired a Saturday delivery for my aunt who just entered into a hospice program so time was of the essence. Thank you From You Flowers for coming through. Not only were your prices much better than elsewhere you delivered on time. And the flowers look prettier in person than they did online. So kudos for a job well done! I don't order flowers very often but you can bet I will you use your company from now one and tell others to do so as well.

I have placed multiple orders with you. Unfortunately, if I don't "upgrade" the flowers to Premium, the selection of flowers delivered is a very small, under-value for the price arrangement.
My Delivery did NOT look like what I ordered. I specifically picked these flowers because of the Mason Jar they were in...NO MASON JAR WAS DELIVRRED!
Paid for same day delivery but the flowers weren't delivered until the next day. I never received any notification that they were unable to deliver them same-day. Very disappointed.

I ordered a basket of goodies to be delivered to the hospital! They delivered them on time, but the patient had already been released from hospital! The very nice delivery lady, called my cell and asked for the address for them to be delivered too! I gave her their home address.! She was WONDERFUL! She went out of her way to deliver them to their house! VERY PLEASED!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
