It would be nice to be able to select type of flowers like sympathy after selecting what's available in delivery zip code. It was frustrating to choose an arrangement from the sympathy flowers to be then told it wasn't available in that zip code. But if you enter the zip code first for availability the software shows birthday arrangements etc. it seems that you should be able to filter by type of arrangement after entering the zip code.

Gets expensive after all fees applied. Cheap flowers were used. I ordered bouquet with Rose's and day lillies. Got a few Rose's and carnations and a mixture of what appeared to be over stock flowers. Not resembling anything near what I ordered
The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address but the flowers still made it to the right person.They looked beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
