Ordered flowers 2 months in advance to be delivered now for my sis birthday. A day before delivery date I called s/w a Rep who couldn't locate my order and hung up on me. I called back checked their AVR system and couldn't locate order. I the. Called back again s/w another Rep who couldn't find my order. After screaming I asked for a Mgr Mike who apologized and said the Reps didn't look at a particular place in the system. Great training! Got me so aggravated! Customer Service sucks! Item is great

Found the perfect arrangement ($42.99). Went to pay but was not able to because the site informed me I had to spend at least $49.99. Found another bouquet for $55.99. Checked out and the total was $80 including all delivery and tax fees. This was a lot more than I wanted to spend on a simple little bouquet. I guess for delivery this is typical. My friend received the flowers on time and was thrilled. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful.

Very, very disappointed. First of all I got an email at 6:26 saying that the flowers were delivered. I talked with my sister Maureen at 7:16 and asked her if she received the flowers. She said no. I felt bad asking her because I wanted it a surprise. So I called customer service and asked what was going on. He checked into it and said it was after 7:00 pm and no one to get ahold of. Should give 50% off because not same day delivery. Finally at 7:59 my sister called and said they were just delivered. She took a picture and the flowers didn't look like the ones I ordered. Was supposed to be pink, purple and yellow the Sunrise Bouquet. She got red and yellow. It looked smaller than the deluxe one I ordered. I fell I was taken or would you say ripped off. Not very happy at all. Paid for something I didn't order. Will never do business again.

I ask you guys to confirm if the person receives the gift personally and she just came from a trip and they leave the flowers outside so she just came sunday august 23th and the flowers sitting there...I don't even know if she got her "birthday surprise" or not until just now 1:09 08/23/2020.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
