Nice Arrangements and cost. They were very efficient as I had requested the arrangements on Sunday night to be delivered by evening the next day on Monday. I called and contacted a relative to confirm if the floral arrangements had arrived and she stated yes, and that they were beautiful and matched the family arrangement as well! Great Job!
My friends received the flowers late today. They are recovering from the COVID virus, so I ordered contactless delivery. I ordered premium and it was not a premium bouquet from the pictures I received. Vase and bow not pretty - cheap looking, not like the one pictured. Too many carnations. Not many roses, I didn't see a nice succulent. And only one small unbloomed lily. Very, very disappointed.
Your shipping fees are outrageous! On top of that you charge taxes on the shipping.

I ordered the premium.It's smaller than what I picked out for the price. $75.00 for something I could have gotten from the grocery store for $20.00

The flowers were pretty, but I chose the deal of the day and ordered the Florist Choice, paying for the largest size bouquet, but it looked like a small or middle sized bouquet instead. Disappointed with the size.

I am an international user, sending from the UK to my sister. It was a surprise to see the added handling & service taxes which were added to the original cost (this info should be included below the product)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
