I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a box of chocolates and three balloons. Only to some dead flowers nothing like what I ordered, no chocolates, and one balloon they refunded me for the missing items but no refund on the bouquet or not even another one to replace it. I was purchasing these for my 11 year anniversary. I needed the flowers on a specific day (obviously) and the flowers were guaranteed to be received the day before. They ended up showing up 3 days later from UPS. They sent me $10 bucks for completely ruining the point of getting the flowers. Next time, I'd just purchase from a local shop in person.

Ordered $80 in roses. When they arrived out of a hot truck in a box, the petals were immediately falling off. All of the edges of the flowers were dead. For $80, this was highly unacceptable. I reached out to customer service and received a whopping $16 and change in a credit. At that point, they should have refunded everything seeing I didn't get one minute to enjoy them before they fell apart. Hugh disappointment. They failed to deliver flowers I ordered for my mom and loved ones on several occasions such mother day or valentines. They don't even care to let you know about the delays until you call them. The ribbon was also a plain red one instead of a sympathy ribbon.

Cheese contains a lot of sodium. I also learned that it's only about $5 worth.

An employee's mother passed away. I ordered flowers to be sent to her house as a part of the celebration of life ceremony. I was told the order could happen, no problem. Then I was notified that they could not find anyone in the area to deliver the flowers on that day, so they would give me a discount, an upgrade, and apologize to my employee. I agreed to the delay in delivery. This happened 5 more times over the course of a week and a half. Each time, I was promised additional refunds, additional upgrades, and additional personal apologies. Two weeks after I placed the order, the flowers had still not been delivered. I then received an email that because they couldn't contact me (?) they would have to cancel the order. Geesh. I'll never use them again! Horrible service.
Ordered beautiful bouquet advertised as cotton candy. Paid for deluxe bouquet received small bouquet that looked NOTHING like the advertisement. In interest of disclosure they did offer a 50% refund but that certainly didn't make up for the incident as it was for my mother's funeral service.
This was a Mother's Day present ordered and paid for by a very thoughtful 15 year old teen with the money she earned. The order was supposed to include a box of chocolates and a full gorgeous arrangement of flowers. The chocolate was never delivered! The bouquet was tiny, nothing like the website picture. The centerpiece Lily flower lost all petals shortly after delivery. On further examination its not surprising, since the flower had no stem and was instead tied to a stuck with a piece of green scotch tape! The note with a message was stapled to a card in the most careless way. To make things worse, the company website garantees a refund shouod there be any issues, but it took 3 phone calls and repeated attempts to offer a "30% refund" for them to even agree to a full refund, and no apology for the ruined Mother's Day! What a letdown!

If I could rate a ZERO I would. I ordered flowers for mother's day for my mother and my step-mom. My mother's arrangement arrived sadder than store bought flowers from the grocery store being left in the heat despite paying for a premium arrangement at $65. I also sent flowers to my step-mom with delivery between May 4th and May 6th ahead of Mother's Day weekend. I was notified on May 5th that there was an issue with the delivery and that I'd be guaranteed delivery on Monday, May 9th. Fine, I accepted. Monday came and went and no delivery and no update. I reached out and was guaranteed a delivery on Tuesday, May 10th. Delivery window came and went and no update. Reached out again and was told that I needed to cancel my order and reorder through the grower's collection. The audacity to give me a $20 credit towards a future purchase without having delivered my actual purchase is not customer service. They successfully lost a customer who works in hospitality and uses these services constantly. Thanks for successfully ruining the mother's days of two mothers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you hope to acutally have what you paid for delivered to a recipient.
Terrible! Never order from them. They never delivered my Mother's Day order, said it was rescheduled for Tuesday after, but again not delivered & then refunded without reason. Awful company, would not recommend
This company takes your money and doesn't deliver what you order. My order was missing the extras I ordered and the flowers were not of any good quality. They didn't even try to correct their error and deliver. Their only option was a refund after giving me the runaround. This is a scam company. Do not trust them.
