I ordered congratulation flowers on May 5th to be delivered May 9th on the east coast, but the flowers never showed up! Their site still shows pending delivery and it's 10 pm on the east coast. When you call customer service you get a lot of sorry's, but that doesn't make up for missing someone's special day.
Huge hastle and arrived late as crap. Ordered to have flowers delivered the day before mothers day. Weren't delivered on the 7th and was told the vendor would update the status after they returned to the off as if they were going to drop flowers off at 10pm. Nothing arrived on the 7th. Requested a refund and was told they were working on the delivery on the 8th yet the 8th came and went. Tried to request a refund again and got no reply until 7pm on the 9th when they finally delivery.

I never received any additional response. The order was shown as not delivered until Sunday morning of Mothers Day and I then verified it was never delivered. I was given a refund but I was left without a Mothers Day gift. I will never use this company again.
I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers with pink ribbon and candy chocolates in a beautiful vase and what was delivered a totally different floral bouquet, white ribbon and totally different vase. I paid over $105.00 for this crap and will NEVER order from them again. When I complained, all they offered was 30% back with a $20 coupon for next order. Yeah right! All it takes is once for me. I could not even get the name of the Florist so I can call and personally tell them how I feel what a waste of my money. They promise you it's percent guaranteed. NEVER AGAIN! Never, never, never order flowers from this company. I received a totally dead bouquet from my son for Mothers Day. Not just wilted but dead. When I unwrapped the paper all the petals and even the complete flower heads fell into the sink. They were sent by UPS 2 day shipping with absolutely no water, moist pack, plastic vials with water, no way to control the temperature... nothing. I actually think some of them may have been dead before sending. I called the customer service number on the box and they told me that I wasn't a customer because I didn't order the flowers. They looked up the order and located it in the system but said they couldn't do anything. Total scam. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I will never order from "From You Flowers" ever again. Besides the surprise shipping/processing fee at the very END of the ordering process, (which takes forever to enter all your info) the Blue Roses I ordered were shipped from Kentucky to WI. It took 3 days to transport them in a most likely hot UPS truck. Advertisement said flowers come from network of local "growers" and arrive fresh. KY is not local to WI. The greens that arrived with the roses are half brown, crunchy and broken. The roses are whilting and have lots of black tips. I'm PISSED, as I was assured by a CS rep that my flowers would be all they claimed to be, glad I screenshot that conversation. Emailed them, refused any sort of offer other than a full refund, we shall see what they say. I am so embarrassed by the product that I sent to a dear friend. They were delivered yesterday, today, there are NO blue rose bouquets on their website. Hmmm...

Today is Saturday May 7th 2022, the day before Mother's Day and my mom who lives in Florida and I Live in PA doesn't have flowers and won't have any from these people! After I placed my order from them Monday this past wk the delivery time was Wednesday 4th-Friday 6th! I wanted it to be a surprise for her. It I had to keep texting and calling her through the day yesterday which was May 6th the last day to show up. She didn't receive anything I called them around 3 Friday the 6th and wanting to know where her flowers are? He told me to wait till 6 bc they can be out that late delivering flowers. I was hesitant bc I figured thought the florist would be closed by then but I said ok. Well 6 goes by k call my mom and nothing! I call them company back he says wait till 7 bc he " called " the florist and they didn't answer. I said ya probably bc those places closed by now, he assured me they don't and will be there at 7. Well guess what? Nothing should up at 7 so I called again a third time, they told me they can give me 30% my money back and deliver it May 11th! I was so angry I said no and requested my money back! What a joke this company is! I wonder if any of these good reviews are even real. Now it's the day before Mother's Day and I'm scrambling to see what I can do and call a florist in her town if they can help me and gosh only knows what they would charge for this if there even able to help me last minute. Please don't waste you time or money with this company, they don't care abo it there customers!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered and payed for same day delivery on 5/5/2022 for my mom some beautiful mother's day flowers. I got an email at 4:45pm. 15 minutes past closing that they were delivered. These were supposed to be delivered to a gated country club. They never arrived. There is no record of them checking in at the guardhouse. My mother spent 2 hours trying to track these down. I did several chats, 2 calls and several emails and completely got the run around.
I was told this morning that they would be delivered today before 5pm. They never showed up, even after MY mother waited over an hour after business hours. I live over an hour away from my mom and I have a child that is extremely ill. I will not be able to see my mom, she has no flowers, nothing. Because you guys scammed me. My wife received flowers from From You Flowers for Mother's Day. Roughly half of the flowers were in unacceptable condition. Three flower heads were broken off in the box, three others are in various states of decay (between brown and actually mushy). There is a LOT of greenery amongst the few intact flowers. We are hoping some of these open since they haven't yet, but we're not hopeful.
Highly unprofessional company. I've never had a worse experience as a consumer. I called them on 05/05/22 and they guaranteed me that the flowers were going to be delivered by 2pm the latest. I chat with one of the representatives to have them tell me repeatedly that they do not guarantee time delivery and was no help at all regarding the ETA of the delivery. I then call again at 4 pm and spoke to Sam, he said the order was delivered and I told them she did not receive them and she couldn't have since she was discharged at 3pm. He was going to investigate and get back to me. 5/6 I had to call their number again and get a status of the investigation. Lien answered the call and told me the flowers might get delivered tomorrow. I told him that's impossible, the tracker and an employee confirmed delivery yesterday on top of that I paid for a Thursday delivery. He was very rude when I asked him to cancelled my order and process a refund, he came back with a partial refund offer, why? Your company did not hold up our agreement when purchased, after 20 minutes on the line I finally received confirmation of a refund. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Well, my 22 anniversary was 5 may, 2022. I went all out and ordered the premuim flowers, teddy bear, balloon and chocolate, also paid the extra to get it delivered before noon, so that our planned day would be perfect. Well, I should have learned from my previous order on valentine's day that arrived a day late. Just ruined that day for me. Back to yesterday, Yep same thing, 12 noon comes and goes with no flowers. So we threw up our hands, and went out so they could not ruin the entire day for us. The flowers finally arrived some time before 3pm. Its hot here in El Paso at 3pm 90's, the little tiny piece of chocolate was not only small but melted, the balloon was this tiny balloon on a stick, maybe 4". Overall just not what I was hoping for over $120.00 Never again will use them, Just an overall bad experience with them.
I ordered an expensive bonsai for my Mother for Mother's Day and it arrived broken! The ceramic bowl was completely shattered and there was dirt everywhere! I emailed the company with photos and there response was a 15% refund! Not good enough! If I order items online and they arrive broken I get a full refund or a replacement- not just a small refund. First delivery was a 4" potted plant (beautiful but not worth $69.99). I was expecting at least a 10" potted plant for a funeral so I sent it back. Second delivery (after fromyouflowers.com upgraded order at no charge) was a 6" potted plant with no blooms and several damaged leaves. I also sent that back.
Fromyouflowers.com offered up to 30% discount and credit. I pushed for full refund and got it. Order was cancelled.

I ordered a "Be Happy Bouquet" that was in a yellow smiley face coffee mug. I didn't get any of the flowers that I was supposed to get and didn't get the mug either. In other words, I did NOT get what I ordered. I paid $67.00+ for these flowers and mug. Yes they gave me a refund of $25.00+ but I still paid $42.00+ for flowers that I didn't order. I was supposed to get yellow roses and yellow and white daisies. The flowers I received did not have any of the 3 flowers in the arrangement. I ordered the premium arrangement because it was full and beautiful. The flowers I got were skimpy and one side of the arrangement was all stems. So very disappointed.
