Ordered 7 bras August 5.8/16 3 arrive; sent 1 wrong size and two are too small. 2 weeks to get return ship label: online errors out; call center says must email. Meanwhile they unilaterally cancelled 4 bras STILL pending shipment. They blame USPS for not updating express package return tracking. Finally got partial $ credited 9/17.2 replacement bras eventually arrive 10/16. One damaged and the other too small. More hassle with return. 11/22 informed they refunded rather than exchange - they didn't follow their own email process! And 1 bra is STILL on back order. Do business with them if you want to spend months waiting for orders, little communication, get the wrong product, damaged product, poorly sized items and extensive hassle trying to get exchanges only to have high handed cancellations.
