Really bad service. It was a birthday gift and they didn't to deliver in the scheduled date, even paying the fee to ensure until noon.
Talking to customer service, always return with "will be deliver as sons as possible" that never happens

Placed same day order with them on 22/7 they didn't deliver reason being they didn't have a local florist on 23/7 they didn't deliver reason being they didn't locate the address/owner on 24/7 gave them contact to use which they never called, they are always have fake excuses to make buy flowers with them at your own risk they will never deliver and will always give fake excuses

I placed an order around two weeks early for 2 dozen mixed color roses and one birthday vase and one clear vase. The contact me like the evening before they are to be delivered and say no one had roses. Ridiculous. They are substituting with other flowers that will be just as pretty. That's a laugh. They sent one bouquet in an ugly vase. It had 3 roses and some lilies and what looks like daises and some other ugly flowers. You have to face it to a wall because back side is greenery. Mom said some are looking wilted already. No birthday vase and no clear vase. They sent a little discount and a certificate towards more of their horrible service. Also included photo of what I had ordered (roses and birthday vase) only 2 dozen roses and a clear vase as well, but they notified me they couldn't fulfill it. No time to get some from elsewhere. They were supposed to deliver just a pretty flowers if not better. What they sent had some pretty ones but others I would never buy. What I call throwaway flowers. Just plain ugly. The vase is ugly as well. I wanted the birthday vase and they said I would still get that, but I didn't and no two orders like I wanted. First picture is what I wanted only double order. Other is what I got. Just one order. I forgot to add that I ordered to be delivered on 22 Jul, but at the last minute they changed it to 23 Jul. Mom said some of the flowers were already wilting. Per conversation with a local florist there, they have plenty of roses, but it was too late to get the from you flowers canceled and couldn't afford to order more. They flat out lied that no one had roses.

I spent 75 dollars on a flower for my daughter's bday had them delivered to place of employment. Never would have dreamed that someone would try to pass that off for 75. Wasn't same color and about 5 flowers total. And all droopy. They wanted to give me 30% of purchase back. They didn't even have right flowers to make what I paid for. Never again

They were AWFUL! I didn't spend a ton but like almost $80 on an order for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Ordered in plenty of time to get to her work by Friday, day of our anniversary. It was a surprise so I didn't say anything to her when she left work early since someone is always at her job. She works at a 24/7 womens crisis center. It's manned 24/7 365 by trained personnel... TRAINED TO ANSWER THE FRONT BUZZING DOOR QUICKLY! My wife left about 240pm that Friday, but flowers were suppose to be there by 5pm we went by her work to check on them (suprise was gone anyway) nothing arrived. Came back at 6, then 7pm... nothing there the attendant said. Contacted customer service who did respond, but said only, "delivery was attempted and no one there and no safe place to leave"... this is a bold faced lie! There's clear instructions on pressing a clearly marked buzzer and a VERY short wait and someone is there... same thing Saturday... so the flowers evidently go back to a freezer somewhere till monday. Monday comes... my wife ends up leaving a little early monday. Like 4! Flowers finally get to her work 3 days later at the VERY POSSIBLE last moment before 5pm! That's not even the bad part! They were pathetic! The quality was good, just like 2 or 3 roses and 2 other flowers? My 3 grown daughters who I'd sent pics of what they WERE SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE, saw the end product and laughed right in my face saying my gosh, where's the rest? AWFUL, AWFUL AWFUL, BUT customer service did come thru with offering me a 10% off coupon! Wow... their service and compensation is overwhelming!

I order a beautiful buquet of sunny tulips yellow and purpule online from their website, my mom received it on time, 4 days later my mom told me the flowers never opened, I sent an email and pictures, their response was positive they apologize and told me they were sending a new boquet, I told them that I would like to change the flowers wich they refused, however what really got me is that instead of fixing the issue immediately they took one month to tell me that the flowers I requested were out of stock and if I wish to change, after one month later of my mother birthday she received her new flowers, horrible experience

2 days late, worst customer service ever, fake lines, wrong arrangement. Never ever again. I'm changing my CC number because of them. Avoid!

Wow, OMFG WOW! So infuriated with this place. Our sister in law was diagnosed with breast cancer and bought flowers, bear and chocolate from this place. We love in Denver, Colorado. The oder started in Chicago, Illinois. Multiple problems, delays and waiting it didn't arrive to our sister in law in time. 4 days, 4 $#*!ing days to complete an order. A 1000+ miles to get the flowers and all items together.
You have absolutely no idea how angry, ripped off and $#*!ed over I feel.
Thanks for taking our money so happily and giving us, we'll, basically nothing.

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before I went and ordered a sympathy plant for my friend. Ordered and paid for same day delivery. Waited for the confirmation all day and nothing. Contacted them first thing the next morning and the refunded me the same day charge and assured me that it would be delivered that day. No delivery. Next morning their chat was down so had to call them from the UK (costing me a fortune in phone bills), to be promised yet again they'd be delivered that day. They then refunded me 20% and promised it would be delivered that morning. By lunch no delivery. Spoke to a supervisor who refunded me 50% and said they're trying to reach the florist and find out what's going on and will email me asap. Got to 5pm and still no email so contacted them AGAIN and was told it's now out for delivery and the florist has confirmed it would be there by 7pm. I go to bed and wake up to discover yet again no delivery! Contacted the company and demanded a full refund which they did. They did offer a free sympathy bouquet but didn't actually believe they'd send it so refused. Avoid this company like the plague. This week has been such a hard week loosing my friend and this company made the whole ordeal so much worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered 2 floral arrangements to be delivered today for my daughters birthday! Spent near 100.00 for the first and it got delivered but didnt look anything like the arrangement ordered,,, the 2nd showed on the site delivered today... i got an email that it WONT make delivery today but instead will be tomorrow! My DAUGHTERS birthday is NOT TOMORROW! Thanks alot fromyouflowers.com for totally screwing up my lil girls birthday! NEVER AGAIN

I ordered the flowers for the Birthday occasion for my relative, and I did that 2 weeks in advance. But they send me email two days before the delivery date, that they can not find any florists in the area to request the flowers arrangement and they will be shipping it from a distance, snd will be one day late… The City San Ramon in California have 6 florists that are around with 3 miles distance… Unacceptable, that the delivery was not done one time, because the project themselves be able to deliver on just 4 hours window, but they failed in my case.

I understand that with same day orders, substitutions may be necessary. But the website states they would be made "as similar as possible" to the original order.

I ordered a black over the hill flower cake as a joke for a GUY'S 40th birthday.

What was delivered was a generic girly multicolor arrangement with sunflower ribbon. Not at ALL similar, not appropriate for the occasion at all, and ruined what would've been a cute 40th birthday prank.

I am disappointed to have spent $75 on this, and definitely would never order from this site again.

My sister was in the hospital and as soon as she was out of ICU we ordered flowers from FROM YOU FLOWERS to be delivered to her hospital room. We paid extra for a deluxe bouquet and for it to be delivered that day. It was not delivered that day, or the next day, or the next, or the next. I did a chat with them following the first day it was delivered and they said they couldn't find a florist. When it wasn't delivered the following two days they said the hospital didn't take deliveries on the weekend. Red flag because I've worked in hospitals. Called hospital to confirm they do indeed take deliveries on weekends. Flowers were not delivered until after the weekend when my sister was about to be discharged. I usually research new to me companies before I give them my money, but I had a lot going on and didn't take the time this time. There are other red flags I have noticed since this incident, #1 is a customer cannot give reviews on their website or social media pages. There's a reason for that. I was offered 20% off of my next order for compensation which added insult to injury. They know you're not coming back and don't care.

I ordered flowers at 8:30 in the morning for my granddaughter they never showed up till 6:20 in the evening and I paid extra. $72 later I got a little basket with a few flowers in it and no teddy bear. Do not waste your time or money with these people.

I ordered flowers for my sister's viewing and they weren't cheap by any means. The day of the viewing what they delivered was horrible, the flowers were dead, leaves were wilting and the arrangement looked cheap and hardly resembled the picture. I also paid extra for a ribbon to say sister and you could hardly see it since it was slapped at the bottom of the arrangement, mixed in with the other ribbon. I sent an email to the company on Friday from the actual viewing and still haven't heard a peep back from them. Don't use this company if you want a beautiful arrangement!

This was the worst experience ever do not order from these people they will take your money give you a tracking number for nothing to be delivered I ordered flowers for my wife that I haven't seen in three months because I am a truck driver I didn't know until the UPS tracking said delivered call my wife and nothing was delivered when I called the company they said my flowers that I ordered was out of stock this place is a scam I am so disappointed my advice is call your local flower shop might cost a bit more but it's so worth not being lied to and being disappointed and ruining a very special surprise

I place a order for delivery to my cousin's funeral. It didn't happen instead they wanted to deliver to her home. She's dead never again will I order or recommend this company

I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday and i ordered a regular size but they looked very full and pretty. She sent me a picture of what she got and i was almost embarrassed. They look exactly like walmart flowers with absolutely no volume, some of the pictured flowers aren't even included.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a box of chocolates and three balloons. Only to some dead flowers nothing like what I ordered, no chocolates, and one balloon they refunded me for the missing items but no refund on the bouquet or not even another one to replace it. Would not recommend or order ever again.
