I like the selection but when I got to checkout I couldn't change code for discount. Had applied code automatically and wouldn't let me remove to change it to other one but flowers were on time and I haven't seen them because were sent as sympathy gift but will ask recipient if they were as hoped. Didn't speak to anyone in customer service so can't really speak to that. Thanks
The price of your flowers is a great price but the surprise was the $15 service fee,it took away the great price of the flowers. I think that's a little much otherwise the flowers are beautiful.

Tried to contact customer service to add address information as the website doesn't have enough space to fill in the complete address. I was told to contact the delivery company UPS. I tried several times and just hit the same recording. I called customer service and asked if they can contact UPS for me since they are customer service. They just kept repeating the same thing dozens of times unt I got frustrated and hung up then they repeatedly called me back still repeating the same thing.
The flowers weren't as full as the picture showed. They were pretty but I was expecting a few more flowers

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
