Ordering was smooth and several options to choose from but, somewhat disappointed in what they delivered.
The spray I ordered from the mid price range appeared to be fuller with lots of flowers. The one that was delivered was pretty but had only about a fourth of the flowers than the selection showed. This looked like a spray from the lower price range.

Adorable floral gift ordered. Would have given 5 stars but wasn't able to see the delivery/service fees until entire order is ready to be submitted with all billing/delivery info. However, I must say, the arrangement was fantastic and the recipient posted it to Facebook immediately. It received many compliments for being so unique!

The order was to be delivered yesterday. I called they appologized and said they would uprade the bouquet. What i recieved was very sparse and did not match what i prdered and was definitely not upgrsded. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
