It would have been my parents 65th wedding anniversary, but my dad passed away in January of this year.

I was charged service/handling delivery charge for each item even though they are going to the same address. I called a rep but they said one can be waived only if I pay full price and not the discounted price. Also, there is no option to state what the biz hours are for delivery. The biz address is a school and schools usually close earlier.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
