I ordered the Southern Peach Bouquet for my Mother's 74th birthday. She received an arrangement that looked nothing like the one pictured! There were zero soft peach roses, as advertised, and instead, it was loaded with vibrant orange lilies (which make her sneeze!). The other things in this arrangement were also a far cry from what I ordered, there should have been some cool mint green flowers/fillers as well. While I understand that there may be substitutions occasionally, this was no where near close in color, beauty, and value. I definitely feel ripped off when I spent $71 for these flowers. I selected this one particularly for its color scheme and the pale peach roses. Super disappointed!
Quick and perfect for us men who always forget last minute!
I find your site to be difficult to navigate and when it comes to 'discounts' they don't seem to really make a difference when you add in 'shipping/handling' charges. I had a bad experience with an order for Mother's Day that never got delivered to my dying mom, the last 'gift' I would ever give her. I just used the gift certificate offered as my last order with you.
Trust me, I will be following up if THIS order does not get there on time!

Same day delivery option was great and delivery time was quick! But the 'bouquet' that was delivered did not meet the expectation. It did not look professionally made. It had the wrong type of flowers and the vase was not a mason jar. The website should have images or detailed descriptions for each size option (basic, deluxe & luxury). It's Currently very misleading.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
