First the tracking said delivered, but I got nothing. After I called and complained, we then left for dinner, so no idea what time it got delivered. I ordered a deluxe bouquet. Didn't expect to see a little tiny bouquet that left in the front porch.
Handling charges are too high. You should have mentioned them at the beginning.

.The item that ordered was suppose to be succulents. The person I sent the gift to sent me a picture. It is FAR from a succulent. It looks like a glass vase with rocks and a spindly plant in it. More like a terrarium. That is NOT what I wanted.
The potted rose plant was delivered in a sealed box, and was in perfect condition. It was delivered this morning, which is on the day that I designated. The message I sent with the flowers was properly included.
