The flowers were not delivered to me but to my daughter in LA. She says they were beautiful, but a bit "tired", likely from the heat in the delivery van.
Good but could be a bit more streamlined when using PayPal son not entering info in 2 times. Also flowers upgraded to premium did not meet expectations for the overall price. They were nice, but still a small bouquet.
I felt the flowers on the arrangement were sloppy and poor. The description showed a rose or two and some bright colors seasonal flowers. The flowers that came we're a few carnations, and some very droopy and limp, almost dead looking seasanal flowers. The arrangement looked like it was just thrown in a vase and was falling apart when it arrived. Very dissatisfied for the total cost of $41 that I paid. Not sure I will use you again for floral delivery.

I was very pleased. I received an email saying the 1st delivery date was unavailable. The customer service associate helped me change the date. And my mother was so happy with her birthday flowers.
Too many miscellaneous charges. Just quote the price and never mind the service, delivery, etc fees...
Ordered Wednesday at 5 pm for Thursday delivery, was charged a same say delivery service, then received a delivery confirmation FRIDAY at 10 PM.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
