Delightful and easily navigated ordering! Ordering was great...delivery time perfect; however, for the price I paid and and the picture that I ordered were not at all what I was led to believe compared to what was received. I was disappointed and the flowers though beautiful were not what I had ordered. Not according to the picture I chose or the volume expected The extra price was not seen in the amount of flowers received. They did not meet my expectations or compare to other orders I have placed online previously.
Guy called me to tell me the lady I bought them for wasn't home, I told him leaving them was fine since she didn't know they were coming anyway. She texted me shortly after saying she came home and saw them and they were beautiful. I never actually saw them myself but they made a family feel good after losing a loved one to covid so mission accomplished. Thanks guys

19.99 flowers for a sick friend went to almost $40.00 ( special handling) you handle flowers why do I have to pay for that? Thats the job. Hope they are beautiful because I wont see them.
So my friend sent a picture of the flowers and they were filled with carnations. Not at all what I would have wanted or ordered. Never AGAIN will I order from you. They were not beautiful to me at all.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
