These flowers don't look anything like what I paid for, and for that price, I am really upset. I expected more then this, and am really dissatisfied. Thankfully the recipients didn't know what it was supposed to look like. I know that when you post a picture, it may not look exact because the Florist that picks up the order may not have everything, but when you pay for a certain arrangement, they should at least get close to the picture. Next time I will find a recommended florist from that specific area, that has great reviews.
The birthday flowers were nicely arranged.
These flowers were not what I ordered or anything like them. I am embarrassed by what my sister received for her Birthday...I spent so much time choosing & what arrived looked like what a child put them together...did not even resemble what I chose.

The item I purchased showed more roses and color, but the delivery had less roses and color than what was shown in picture. The arrangement was nice but not for the price I paid.
I understand covid is messing up a lot of things. Im sure thats why my wife that just had surgery didnt get her flowers. Grossly disappointed. Do not recommend

I really liked all the options on your site, but I was disappointed to see the random $14.99 Service/Handling fee. The fees should be upfront and built into the price of the order, not lopped on at the end.

I paid for the premium one and my wife got them in a tiny Mason jar vase, I will go elsewhere from now on and get twice as much for $71...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
