Worlds worst/poor/hopeless service. Have ordered flower arrangement for memorial service of my beloved pastor's wife in great falls, MT. I communicated several times but they did not deliver flowers and said sorry. It's unexplainable pain in my heart for rest my life. I ordered the Rose & Lily Celebration Premium version for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately she only received the deluxe version which is pretty small. Even less flowers than the picture shown on their website which is supposedly the deluxe version. Well, I contacted customer service and they said they would issue my card a credit for the difference but never got it. That's two strikes for one order. NO thanks to a repeat order.
Please, use anybody else! I ordered for my wife's birthday 5 days in advance! On scheduled delivery day, I get notice it would be delayed 2 days! I ordered it dor a day prior to her Birthday so it was missed. Never has that happened with any other service.

Want to share my experience in hopes that people will see and not trust this company with their business! On 10/6/22 I ordered "How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality. Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers. They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift.

I ordered a dozen roses, they were delivered almost dead and horribly looking and got less than a dozen. They say you get what you pay for, the reason their prices are cheaper than others. After calling the company they only wanted to refund me 10% of my order, so they expect me to pay for dead flowers and missing flowers this is after 30 min on phone with them. I also ordered the personalized vase all they did was add a paper in the vase so now the paper with picture on it is just sitting in water with the dead flowers. This company should be ashamed of them self for ruining special occasions. DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY, STAY AWAY! 1 star cause they delivered on the correct day. The only thing they probably did right.
I ordered a large spray of red flowers for my nephew's funeral. I was notified the morning of the funeral that the $100 selection I had purchased was not available, but that they could substitute a similar arrangement. I agreed, provided the flowers were red. The arrangement that was delivered had zero red flowers and didn't come close to approximating the arrangement I originally selected. It's not like you get a "do over" for funeral flowers. I contacted customer service and was offered a 25% refund despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Needless to say, I will never use these folks again as they don't stand by their customers.
Stay AWAY! I should have read the reviews before ordering from this business. I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother's in laws birthday and the picture online looked very different than the actual arrangement my loved one received. It's like they got 15 flowers and placed it in a cup with no consideration of making it look professional. I will NOT buy from them again!

I understand substitutions sometimes have to be made, but they should notify us ahead of time on what the substitutions are going to be. I ordered my daughter a beautiful pink and yellow bouquet of lilies and roses and she ended up with a bouquet of pure white hydrangeas with sticks in them. Nowhere close to what I ordered. Had I known they were going to deliver a completely different flower, completely different color ahead of time, I would've cancelled my order. Have used this company once before and they delivered perfectly. However, after this mistake, never again.

When I called and spoke to a representative, "a message was left" for the florist for ASAP delivery the next day. I called again the next morning and was assured they'd be delivered ASAP. That afternoon they had still not been delivered, so I called and spoke to a third representative. He finally reported he "just" received a message that the florist who received the order didn't deliver to that zip code. When I asked to cancel the order, I was offered a 30% refund. Do not recommend this company.
