When I checked to find out why they weren't delivered, I was told they could not be delivered to that zip code ( which is in Connecticut near Hartford). So, I ordered another arrangement, to arrive 2 days later. They did not arrive as of 5 PM on Christmas Eve. We are still waiting to hear from our family member. I called again, and I have no confidence that they will arrive today. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from this company again.

The actual arrangement was short on flowers, short on ornaments, had no bow and was not even symmetrical. A second grader could have done better. After registering my complaint on the company chat line multiple times, there has been no solution for 10 days. An email from them stated that a replacement arrangement had been delivered to my mother, but this was a complete falsehood. I doubt the legitimacy of this company. One person on the chat stated that my mother needed to return the arrangement to get a new one, then they would not divulge the florist who created it. This was an embarrassing gift.

We paid $77.97 for a premium display for a 50th birthday. The picture on the website was gorgeous. What was actually delivered was a joke. I contacted From You Flowers and they said they could only offer a 25% refund ($15 - which was basically the service fee). I couldn't believe it. Do not use this service - you will get cheated. I ordered the BON VIVANT GOURMET BASKET for a friend's family as a symbol of condolence after the loss of their son. The basket they received looked nothing like the one on the picture for the order. It appears they went to the dollar store and purchased snacks then to the grocery store and threw in a few pieces of fruit, none of the brands featured in the picture were placed in the basket, they had Cheezits, Chips Ahoy cookies, and Club Crackers, I was livid when I saw the basket. I paid over $150 for this order when it was only worth maybe $30. I will never order from them again.

Not only they didn't deliver the arrangement, but also, they keep me waiting for over 27 hours. Making me hostage of the situation. We exchange 40 emails, and 10 phone calls.

I have ordered from FromYouFlowers twice and both times they have sent me an e-mail saying the arrangements were delivered when they actually in fact were NOT delivered at the time the e-mail was received. One arrangement was actually delivered almost a whole month post the delivery confirmation e-mail, and the other arrangement was delivered the day following the delivery confirmation e-mail. I was offered a partial refund for these purchases. However, due to the dishonesty regarding the delivery not once but twice from this company, I will not be using them again. The flowers were pretty and in line with what I had ordered, but I do not appreciate the dishonesty in telling me that the flowers were delivered when they were not.

Then when I asked for a refund they had the gall to ask me to keep them in mind for future service. If you have to get something same-day delivery, this company is not your choice. They are obtuse to their own ineptitude and platitudes make for poor birthday gifts.
