DO NOT order from this company, they are worthless. They will promise they can deliver same day, then when you check out, it will say the next day, then it will say you need to pay more to guarantee the next day. Then it won't show up by the promised time and you'll contact them and they'll say it will be there shortly. Then it won't show up and they'll say it will be there in the next hour. Then you contact them again when it's been 4 hours and they'll send you an email saying they can't deliver today because they can't find a florist. AFTER they've lied earlier and said it WAS out for delivery. It clearly never was. Now they say it will be delivered THREE days later. When you question them you get the same copied response over and over and over and over and over again. They are liars and thieves. And when you then ask for a refund, don't forget to contact your bank and tell them to block this worthless company because they tried to charge me through paypal SIX times. SO glad I did NOT give them a credit card but used paypal for this. I am NOT alone in this experience. Search from you flowers reviews. You'll have to scroll through to sort out the fake reviews that are obviously posted by the company. They currently have one star and that's because you can't give any less. This is nothin but a SCAM! BEWARE!

I was not pleased with the flowers that my mother received. We upgraded the bouquet but it didn't have as many flowers as the picture. Could I have a partial refund of $20 for the upgrade? I can send a pic of what was received. Please do not contact my mother in the hospital about this as she is very sick. Thank you.
You kept telling me that I had a credit but I could never see where to apply the credit. Do you make it difficult on purpose? My wife sent me a picture of the bouquet she rereceived; it does not look anywhere close to what your advertisement shows!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
