Paid extra for delivery on Sunday the 6th and were delivered on Saturday, the 5th! Called customer service and they apologized, gave me 20% off order and a gift card. But I specially wanted them delivered on Sunday, which was offered, for a surprise party!
Service was top notch! Flowers were beautiful but smaller amount than I had thought ( I chose a "value bouquet" without a picture). Very easy to order and delivered on time with no issues. I will use them again, but maybe order a pre-selected item with picture.

Overall. The site was easy to use. The product received was beautiful, but not like the picture that I picked out. I felt like it had just been thrown together and the back side of arrangement was bare. The roses were all on one side and there wasnt enough of the pink flowers and one was broken when arrived. The balloons were great. It made my daughter smile and she thought it was beautiful.

You have wonderful arrangements but I felt mislead in placing my last order. I had a credit from a previous order. The arrangement I picked was showing a sale price of $58 and change. When I placed my order, the price rang up based on the original price of $69 and change. I called to inquire and was told that two discounts could not be used. I had a CREDIT and the website was showing what was on SALE. It was not stated that I needed to pick which discount I wanted to use. Again, I felt mislead. I will not be using your services again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
