This is the second time I've used this service. I hope my flower cake will be as lovely as the last one.
Upon arrival of my flower birthday cake I was happy to see the flowers looked large and fresh. However, I was disappointed with the presentation. In the picture the cake sits on a pleated skirt, has 4 purple and white swiss dot large bows around the sides of the cake and the top outside edge is trimed in small green button pompoms.
The cake that was delivered had no pleated skirt, blue tiny bows and no green button pompoms along the top outside edge.
Purple is her favorite color and if they didn't have the small green button pompoms they could have substituted with a row of different colored daisies. I have to admit i was very disappointed.
When ordering from some online sites they as for splecial requests or specifications. I didn't see this on this web site. Had it been there I would have specified that i want purple bows
for sure and the cake should resemble the picture as closely as possible.

Hard to know overall satisfaction until the delivery is made and I can see if my sister likes the flowers.
My sister received an arrangement, but I ordered and paid for an arrangement with lilies in it. The arrangement my sister received was pretty, but had NO lilies and was more pinks and greens, rather than the purples that were in the picture on the web-site. I understand florists have to make adjustments, but the arrangement was very different than what I thought she was getting. She likes it, but I am a bit disappointed.
The recipients were thrilled with the beautiful and festive balloons.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
